Provide bespoke venue branding in-line with client brand guidelines

Throughout the process you will have a dedicated event manager to facilitate your needs, provide solutions to challenges and ensure everything is in place for the day itself.

Your event manager will be on hand throughout the day, supported by our team of professional events staff, to look after every aspect of your event. This includes:

  • The handling of pre-event deliveries
  • Managing exhibition stand set-up
  • Managing registration
  • Registering and directing delegates to the cloakroom facilities and meeting rooms
  • Ensuring catering is in the right place at the right time

We are prepared for all eventualities, and able to handle any last-minute queries or changes fast and effectively.
